Bhavin Shah
Founder, CEOMr. Bhavin Shah is the Founder and CEO of The CA Desk and a practicing member of ICAI, leading the firm since January 2016. With over 12 years of professional experience, he has been instrumental in building The CA Desk into a multi-disciplinary professional services firm serving domestic and international clients.
Mr. Shah advises on corporate structuring, transaction advisory, forensic audits, Virtual CFO services, ERP/SAP implementations, internal audits, FEMA & DTAA advisory, offshore structuring, support to overseas accounting firm and NRI taxation.
Known for his structured approach and commercial insight, His vision is to build a globally aligned Indian accounting firm delivering customized, high-quality, and industry-focused solutions.
Amit Hemani
Co-Founder, MDMr. Amit Hemani is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of The CA Desk and a practicing member of ICAI, with over 14 years of professional and industry experience. He brings strong operational insight and execution excellence to the firm’s assurance and advisory assignments.
His expertise includes management and internal audits, internal control and risk assessment, governance advisory, and strategy implementation. He has led internal audit and financial control functions for international enterprises and has extensive experience across Indian GAAP, IFRS, taxation, project financing, MCA compliances, valuation, and banking audits.
Known for his practical and analytical approach, Mr. Hemani focuses on delivering scalable, value-driven solutions to clients..
